Cancellation – Attendee FAQ

Q: Will Swim Collective August 2020 be rescheduled? 
A: We will not be rescheduling the August 2020 edition of Swim Collective.   

 

Q: How can I cancel my hotel reservations?
A: Hotel reservations made through EventSphere will be cancelled. At this time, attendees have not been charged for these reservations. EventSphere will be reaching out to everyone with active reservations to assist with cancelling or rebooking hotels. For questions regarding housing booked through EventSphere, contact them at (877) 414-7918.  

For all lodging reservations or additional room nights booked separate from EventSphere, contact the respective property or booking agent to cancel and confirm a refund.   

 

Q: How can I cancel my flight?
A: Many airlines are offering waived change fees at this time. We strongly recommend canceling your flight as soon as possible.  

 

Q: When can I book housing for Swim Collective January 2021 show?
A: Housing blocks will be available later this fall, from our housing partner, EventSphere.
